The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and comprises of:-

The sitting room, which is of a very reasonable size, has beams to the ceiling, restored pine panelling, an open fire (logs easily available locally), comfortable furniture, television (with Sky from 2008), a video recorder and a DVD player.

The dining kitchen also has beams to the ceiling and is well fitted to include a fridge freezer, automatic washer, microwave, gas cooker with grill, toaster, iron etc. There is a good supply of pots, pans and cutlery. A pine drop leaf table easily seats four people. A useful pantry leads off the kitchen and this also houses the central heating combi boiler. A stable door leads to a private and enclosed patio area, with flower borders and garden furniture. The patio catches the sun most of the day.

The first bedroom  is tastefully decorated and has a double bed with duvet, “Edwardian” wardrobe, period fireplace, chest of drawers, dressing table, rocking chair, hair dryer & clock radio.
The second bedroom has two single beds with duvets, hanging cupboard and a bedside cabinet.
The bathroom is fitted with a full suite with “over the bath” shower and a razor socket.

A view of the kitchen patio.

A second patio with barbeque is accessed via a gate next to the out house where free storage space is available for your bicycles, golf clubs etc. There are two bicycles available for your use plus sun loungers etc.

Parking is on the road in front of the cottage. The road is relatively quiet and it is not a problem.
